Clear and white are the favourites, and we often have other colours as blanks too. Just ask. Your own cup colour in any Pantone is possible from 1,000 cups.
Your logo on both sides of the cup, in any Pantone colour code. Simple, single-colour designs look best.

How much do custom cups cost?
Without a plan: $3.50 per 8oz cup, $3.80 per 12oz cup and $4.00 per 16oz cup + GST, lid included. Volume discounts start from 1,000 cups. There's also a one-off print plate for your artwork, $250 + GST.
With a Good Brand plan ($420 a year): $2.72 + GST per cup from 500 per size, with one print plate included.

What's the minimum order?
500 cups per size. You can split each size across two cup colours, for example white and clear, as long as the size adds up to 500.
Want your own cup colour in any Pantone shade? That starts at 1,000 cups.
What colours can the cups be?
Clear and white are the favourites, and we often have other colours available as blanks too. Just ask what we have in stock.
If you want a cup in your own colour, any Pantone colour is possible from 1,000 cups.
The cup colour and the print colour are separate. A white or clear cup can carry your logo in any Pantone colour.
How does the printing work?
Your logo is printed on both sides of the cup, in any Pantone colour code you choose. One colour gives the best price. Two colours are possible and cost more.
Send your logo as a PNG for the mock-up, and a vector file (EPS) for the print. The print area is 45 × 30 mm on the 8oz and 45 × 45 mm on the 12oz and 16oz.
You always see a mock-up before you pay: we send it, you approve it or ask for changes, then we invoice you.
How long does it take?
- First order: 3 to 4 weeks, including artwork set-up
- Reorders: 2 to 3 weeks
- Delivery: 2 business days by FedEx from us to you

Do I need a subscription?
No. You can just order the cups, from 500 per size.
The Good Brand plan is for cafés and roasters who want to run our $3 deposit system with their custom cups. It's what changes customer behaviour, and just having it set up lifts bring-your-own cups by around 30%. It also gives you the lower price, one print plate included (usually $250), a starter kit, your café on the map and an account manager.
Can customers return custom cups to any café?
No. Custom cups go back to the café or venue that issued them, and don't enter the wider Good café network. That's because they carry your brand.
When a custom cup wears out, we take it back for recycling in Australia, with no refund. Standard cups, which can be returned anywhere in the network, have a lifetime warranty.
